Meet the Sonographer and Founder
Hello There!
My name is Pamela Garrison, I'm a wife to my high school sweetheart Chad and a mom to my nine year old daughter Brooklyn. My career started thirteen years ago in sunny Southern California where I was born and raised and graduated with my certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I'm a registered diagnostic medical sonographer with experience in general, vascular, small parts, and OB.
Throughout the last thirteen years of my career I've been the student trying to navigate school. The sonographer trying to find my "poker face" while seeing new pathology I'd never seen before. The lead sonographer at a very busy out patient imaging center leading over forty- six sonoraphers, yes you read that correctly, it's not a typo I said forty-six.
One of the most important pieces of my career has always been my peers and mentors, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I am today. This is what inspired me to create Pocus Peers and allow all of you to collaborate, learn and grow from each other with me by your side.
